Head of Brand Strategy & Customer ExperienceSkyCity operates one of NZ's largest in-house marketing teams. We have teams working across our Studio, Social Media, Communications, Events, Sponsorship, Loyalty, and General Marketing.We have a huge range of clients which include restaurants, bars, three Hotels, Casino, Sky Tower, and more, and they all need to communicate over a diverse range of media channels.A bit about the role:Brand marketing and management across all communication channelsCustomer-facing technology enhancementsDevelop and implement long-term strategic brand strategy for SkyCity NZMonitor and analyse brand performance metrics and dataStrategic planning for customer growth and retentionA bit about you:8+ years Retail and/or Gaming/Entertainment marketing experience in a large, fast-paced environmentStrong experience in brand management, customer experience, and leadership rolesExperience in producing end-to-end marketing campaignsLeadership and team management skillsWhat's great about working at SkyCity:A supportive and diverse company cultureWork with people who care, are driven, and energeticMedical insurance$2.50 cooked meals in our staff cafeteria (there are some healthy salads as well)Heavily discounted staff car parking and dry cleaningDiscounts at our outletsFree trips for you plus one as many times as you like up the Sky Tower (if you like heights and are not too busy!)At SkyCity, our career opportunities are as diverse as our workforce.
