Head Chef / Senior Sous

We are on the hunt for a Head Chef or Senior Sous wishing to take the next step and join our team to help run all kitchen operations.

A responsible individual who will take ownership of their role and has passion for outstanding food and service along with being a professional team player. This role includes kitchen staffing, training, menu development and creation along with the controlling and reporting of food and wage costs. A thorough understanding of Hygiene and Food Safety procedures is of great importance. This role is suited to a highly organised individual; as the scope of the venue's offering includes daytime a la carte, evening bar menu, cabinet offerings, out catering and functions.
