Synergy Hair – St Lukes require a Salon Manager to join the team. If you have been hairdressing for a while now & looking for the next step - this is for you. This sought-after Manager's position doesn't come up often & allows you an opportunity to still be involved with hairdressing as well as the retail & management part of the salon.
You will work closely with your team & enjoy all aspects of the salon. Our salon is a busy hairdressing & retail environment. The position is exciting, fun, & involves much client & customer contact.
You need to be an experienced hairdresser - comfortable & capable with all types of hairdressing and enjoy the dynamics of a fun and busy salon - as well as being able to care for salon clients & retail customers. For this position, you must be well presented, understand teamwork, be passionate & simply love what you do. The position is split into approximately 1 day of administration and management tasks, & 4 days on the floor.
You will join the Synergy Hair St Lukes Team (Mt Albert) and enjoy ongoing training & assistance from your Area Manager - not just with hairdressing skills but also the management skills (people/stock/administration) for you to learn more and continue your personal development.
You will also have the great support of your team, the 2 other Auckland salons, Head Office team, and the personal contact of the Synergy Hair Salon owners.
We promote work/life balance and time for you. We have 2 other Auckland salons so hours can fit your work/life. You can have holidays when you want them. We are in a shopping centre, and they are busy, warm, fun (& plenty of food and shopping choices for you).
Our salons are not dependent on having hairdressers on the floor all the time; we have our retail team to keep the customers happy.
