Guest Service Agent

FULL -TIME & PART -TIME  POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN AUCKLAND  As a guest service executive, you need to have the flexibility and the right attitude to work a variety of shifts and the ability to work across a rotating roster (Monday to Sunday ) Being the first and last point of contact for our guests, we are looking for individuals with the following qualities; EnthusiasticOutgoingGREAT communication skillsEXCELLENT command of the English languageBe able to work under pressureWell-groomedAbility to work on their own initiativeDuties include: Assisting with guest check-in and check-outDealing with guest inquiriesHotel reservationsDaily cashiering and other general Front Desk dutiesManaging the busy flow of reservations via telephone and emailCommunicate with Housekeeping regarding room allocations, VIP guests/rooms, special requests, room moves, or changesAssisting the housekeeping department during busy periodsMinimum 1-year hotel reception experience and use of Opera Cloud or similar and MS-Office & IT systems are preferred
