Guest Service Agent

FULL-TIME & PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN AUCKLAND
As a guest service executive, you need to have the flexibility and the right attitude to work a variety of shifts and the ability to work across a rotating roster (Monday to Sunday).
Being the first and last point of contact for our guests, we are looking for individuals with the following qualities:
Outgoing
EXCELLENT command of the English language
Be able to work under pressure
Well-groomed
Ability to work on their own initiative
Duties include:
Assisting with guest check-in and check-out
Dealing with guest inquiries
Hotel reservations
Daily cashiering and other general Front Desk duties
Managing the busy flow of reservations via telephone and email
Communicate with Housekeeping regarding room allocations, VIP guests/rooms, special requests, room moves, or changes
Assisting the housekeeping department during busy periods
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1-year hotel reception experience and use of Opera Cloud or similar and MS-Office & IT systems are preferred.
