The opportunity: Are you a people person looking for a busy and dynamic role? As the Group Administrator within the Network Management Group (NMG), you will provide high-quality administration, support the group in data entry and reporting of qualifications and training, and assist the manager and teams.
Opportunity to travel to our various operational plants across Wellington Region. You will get to:
Update employees' records in our Learning Management System
Provide support and coordination for the bookings of training for the team and community (when required)
Accounts administration including purchase orders, goods receivables, and invoicing
Provide team support across NMG during leave times as needed, in areas such as contract administration, financial and performance
Contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of company-wide administrative processes.
About you: To be successful in this role you will bring:
Purchasing administration experience, including vendor, contracts, and accounts management
Experience supporting multiple teams and responding to changes in priorities
A strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the business
A collaborative style and be a team player
Familiarity with financial software systems such as TechOne is preferable
Full NZ driver's licence.
