New World Paremata is looking for a Grocery Manager/Supervisor to lead our Grocery department.
This role is ideal for someone who has supermarket experience in any department and who wants to develop their career in the supermarket industry.

About the role: A strong people focus, leading a team of 3-4 people each day, persuading and inspiring your team, and working well with others.
Planning and executing all facets of the day-to-day operations of the department including ordering, filling, promotional planning, and operational processes.
Achieve agreed retail standards, department sales, GP, and wage targets.
What we are looking for: Customer and people focused.
Physically fit, computer literate, and able to fulfil the requirements of the role.
Results driven and good attention to detail.
