Grocery Floor Manager - PAK'nSAVE Invercargill Grocery Floor Manager -  PAK'nSAVE INVERCARGILLWe currently have a Grocery Floor Manager position available in our Grocery team. To be successful you need a high degree of self-motivation and excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will also have the desire to excel, the ability to use their initiative, lead, coach and drive with enthusiasm to meet the demands of a busy supermarket environment.You will be responsible for a range of tasks in the grocery department including the restocking of shelves, maintaining the department and ensuring that the department is well presented for our customers throughout the day/evening.This is a full-time role (5 day working week including a weekend day – specific hours and days to be discussed at the interview process)To be considered for this role, you will need to have proven experience in the following areas;Ability to direct and supervise employees.Lead, coach and train new and existing team members.Prioritise and manage stock flow from storage areas to retail areas.Follow and enforce Health & Safety policies and procedures.Be flexible to assist with other duties as required.Good time management – the ability to work within set time-frames.Overseas applicants must hold New Zealand Citizenship or New Zealand Permanent Residency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
