As a key member of our in-house studio, you'll play a vital role in delivering marketing and promotional materials for Vista Group and our suite of products.
Your work will contribute to an engaging brand experience across all touchpoints, making a lasting impression on our customers and partners.
This role is for a positive, quick thinking go-to designer.
You will apply your visual design skills to a range of projects, empowering Vista Group to deliver amazing experiences to their customers, clients, and staff, across a range of print and digital channels.
You'll be producing a variety of work from creative concepting, brand, design, social, digital, animation, POS, and everything in between.
About the role Develop a deep understanding of Vista Group products Design and create marketing communications for a wide variety of internal and external clients Engage with and support the Vista Group marketing team on strategies, positioning and audience engagement and champion a 'team effort' environment Champion easy-to-use templates including 'libraries' of marketing assets to promote consistency, make available to relevant internal teams and enable self sufficiency Manage design workload, resource planning, workflow and tasks in consultation with the Creative Lead and wider team About Vista Vista is a world-leading company that makes software for the cinema industry.

About you: Minimum of 2-3 years' industry experience – studio or inhouse A passion for design and the contribution it can make to commercial success Proven proficiency in design software (Adobe Suite, Figma, Microsoft), production requirements and design methodologies Self-motivated and autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence intelligent, confident colleagues to optimise outcomes and maintain brand consistency and integrity Likes and understands working in a team environment and is adept at managing the implicit decision-making processes Strong creative, analytical thinking, problem-solving, skills Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task and apply competencies across a broad range of brands/products including time allocations Ability to engage emotionally with the business – drive and excitement Relevant tertiary level degree You will be supported to continually learn and improve your skills, share knowledge and ideas in the team, and be part of a dynamic and open culture.
