About us NZMP is Fonterra's business-to-business (B2B) ingredients and solutions brand. NZMP is sold to approximately 1,200 customers based in over 100 countries. The NZMP brand team works closely with markets around the globe as well as the core Categories (focused on the needs of Foods, Beverages, and repack Powder customers) and the Advanced Nutrition Functional Nutrition Unit (FNU) who focus on servicing Active Living and Paediatric customers with advanced ingredients (such as functional Whey Powder Concentrates, Lipids, Probiotics, and customer-specific ingredients). NZMP also offers a range of Solutions such as Price Risk Management tools, Sustainability claims, marketing assets and solutions. About the opportunity As the newly appointed Global Marketing Manager - NZMP, you will be responsible for creating and executing the NZMP brand strategy and plans, providing brand guardianship, delivering global and scalable brand assets and communicating programmes that help to grow brand reputation and customer preference of the NZMP brand.You will need to deeply collaborate with marketing, sales and many other expert teams across the whole Fonterra organisation and deliver clear and compelling NZMP brand messages across multiple channels to our customers. Some key responsibilities include: Manage and guide the strategic agenda for NZMP, brand positioning, development of global brand messaging and assets, trademark management and protection. Create and manage the delivery of effective global brand messaging. Working with Categories, FNUs, Sustainability and other teams to deliver a consistent brand narrative. Create, adjust and maintain the NZMP Brand guidelines and supporting guides and templates ensuring clear brand execution standards. Input and guide the structure, relationships and messaging between NZMP Masterbrand, sub-brands and other connected brands. Build strong internal networks across marketing in categories, FNUs and markets, influencing for strong brand outcomes across the network. About you You are a confident, energetic, and driven creative problem solver with the ability to work independently. You possess exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, and your collaborative style ensures results are achieved effectively while working with cross-functional teams. With demonstrated digital innovation and activation experience, you will have a good understanding of current trends and can translate this to the customer.Skills and experience that may support success in this role are as follows: Demonstrated 10+ years' experience within a Brand or Marketing-based role, ideally in both B2B and B2C environments The ability to drive brand strategy, communication programmes and content creation across multiple channels and platforms An understanding and experience in Value Proposition development Can demonstrate effective project management techniques and brand communication planning Strong written, presentation and copywriting skills A self-starter who can work collaboratively and build strong relationships with a variety of different stakeholders  A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications Our Co-operative is a place where everyone can be themselves, feel empowered to do their best.
