Anchor Food Professionals (AFP), a high-performance foodservice brand, represents Fonterra's foodservice business on the global stage. For over 15 years, Anchor Food Professionals has collaborated with thousands of bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and caterers, offering deep industry insights, world-leading research and innovation, high-function, fit-for-purpose dairy products, and comprehensive business service solutions.

About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahiWe are looking for an agile, strategic thinker to lead the AFP brand globally. In this influential role, you'll forge strong partnerships within the Anchor Food Professionals and the broader Foodservice network, collaborating with teams across category and innovation, GTM, digital and local/regional marketing.
Driving brand growth and market presence by providing trusted brand leadership and governance, you will champion the brand and communication vision with strategic thinking and creativity.
Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing – Anchor Food Professionals & NZMP Brand, this leadership role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the brand's strategy on a global scale and will:
Lead the strategic development and management of the Global Anchor Food Professionals brand marketing strategy and annual plan.Provide visionary leadership to promote and ensure brand consistency.Spearhead the planning and creation of compelling integrated Anchor Food Professionals Marketing Campaigns.Partner with Category Innovation and GTM teams to develop and execute the Innovation pipeline through New Product Development (NPD) launches to support ambitious growth objectives.Manage strategic sponsorships and high-impact trade engagement events to enhance brand visibility and build equity in key markets.Drive strategic connectivity and alignment within the brand network by collaborating with central and regional stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging and seamless execution of brand strategies.Provide strategic direction, support and leadership to the Global Brand Manager.To note, this is an Auckland based role and may require oversees travel if required. About you | Ko wai koeYou hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or a related field and have successfully navigated both mature and emerging markets, gaining invaluable insights into diverse business environments.
With a strong foundation across the marketing discipline, you've led global marketing activities including brand strategy, positioning, communications, visual identity, and campaign creation. You have a proven ability to manage and influence a wide stakeholder network and your experience spans both B2B and B2C environments, where you've championed brand, marketing, and innovation initiatives that resonate with global customers.
You excel at working across cross-functional teams, with a track record of collaboration and sharp internal-customer focus. You have influenced and managed multiple stakeholders at various levels, fostering cohesion and alignment toward shared goals.
Thriving in dynamic environments, you handle volatility and ambiguity with ease, always staying focused on delivering results. Additionally, you are passionate about food and the culinary world, which drives your enthusiasm for collaborating with a diverse mix of stakeholders, from world-renowned chefs to innovation teams.
