Given the size and scale of the role, experience operating at this level is crucial.This opportunity requires a natural ability to motivate, inspire and influence, to uplift capability and provide world class customer experiences.We are looking for an authentic senior leader who personifies the ASB values, the following experience will enable your success in this role:Proven tenure and experience (10 - 15 years') working in a large financial service organisation at a senior leadership level, with demonstrable outcomes delivered.
