Leadingthis department is a busy hands-on role that involves stock management and thesale of garden products, providing technical garden related advice and alsotaking responsibility for general merchandising and standards within the GardenDepartment. To achieve success, you will be a highly motivated individual whohas ideally an understanding of Garden Green and Dry Goods and experience inmanaging direct reports and teams. Thisrole is 43 hours per week, and the roster pattern willinclude weekdays and one day of the weekend.
