EBB Dunedin is a small, relaxed luxury boutique hotel offering a high level of intimate service to our guests. You would be working in Dunedin's newest and best hotel, a property that would not be out of place in any city of the world. For anyone who loves quality and the opportunity to self-manage whilst interacting with a diverse range of guests would definitely enjoy this position.Flexibility in working hours will be required as the working roster will be spread over seven days with flexibility on start and finish times!Qualifications & ExperienceAttitude is the key in this role. We are in search of a warm, engaging individual who has the ability to interact with a diverse range of hotel guests in a one-on-one setting. A willingness to work on a rotating roster system along with some insight into computer work and service.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAll reception-related duties include welcoming and farewelling our guests as well as providing a high level of personalised service during their stay.
