3. **Database Management**:
- Update customer records with detailed notes about interactions and resolutions.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while handling sensitive information.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges, share insights, and celebrate successes.
