Job Description: Management of the front of house ensuring standards of operation are always adhered to.
Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene and health & safety.
Knowledge of cellar management.
Stock levels and ordering goods.
Ensuring a 5 star experience is delivered to all customers.
Training & monitoring of staff.
Be the point of contact for any complaints, staff and general queries.
Previous experience in a busy food led environment.
Ensuring that tasks and deadlines are achieved.
Reliable and committed to high standard and able to deliver these.
Able to remain calm & composed in challenging situations.
Competent in IT, literacy & numerical skills.
MUST have your own driving licence due to rural location.
Knowledge of Lightspeed POS, Open Table.
Personal Licence Holder desirable.
This is a permanent position and suits someone with previous management skills.
