You will assist the Chief Concierge in the smooth and efficient operation of the Bell Desk division, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by the hotel. You will work on a rotating basis within the Front Services area, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. You will achieve this by delivering the Hyatt brand promise and providing exceptional guest service at all times.Some of the responsibilities include:Ensures the delivery of the Brand promise and provides a professional and courteous service to hotel guests at all times.Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.To supervise employees within the department, making sure that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Departmental Operations Manual.Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.What you need to succeed:Good face to face customer serviceMust have an open Drivers License to drive in NZPrevious 5 Star luxury experience preferred but not essentialAvailability to work on a rotational basis including night shift and on public holidaysLegal working rights in NZIf you are looking for a fulfilling career, please apply now.
