Food technology teacher - part-time, fixed term position.
Whangarei Boys' High School is the leading school for boys in Te Tai Tokerau and we are seeking a passionate and capable person to teach in our food technology department in our brand new school which opened in 2022.
We seek an enthusiastic and innovative food technology teacher to join our vibrant technology department.
This is a part time, fixed term teaching position, which will commence in January 2025. Confidence and skills to teach from Y9–13 are sought. Achievement in Unit Standard 4098 will be an advantage.
Applicants should be well qualified and highly motivated, with a commitment to high standards of achievement in a progressive boys' school environment. A strong commitment to restorative practices and culturally responsive and relational teaching approaches is essential.
