What We're Looking For: We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor with a genuine passion for developing the next generation of hospitality professionals, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to remain focused and effective under pressure.
Do you need experience?
This key role requires at least 1 year of experience as a Duty Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a fast-paced restaurant.
Flexibility for both AM and PM shifts, including weekends, is essential.
A strong understanding of financial concepts such as budgets, wage costs, revenue, and cost control is highly beneficial.
Experience with stock management and scheduling will also be advantageous.
