We're looking for a Temporary FlexiPurchase Administrator to serve a role involved in managing and processing flexible purchasing arrangements within the organisation.The position often requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as familiarity with accounts payable processes and financial systems.
The role may also involve ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.Responsibilities Include:Inputting purchase order and transaction details into financial systems accurately.Pulling relevant data from financial software.Assigning appropriate codes to transactions, ensuring proper categorisation.Utilising Excel, accounting software, and databases to manage data.Assisting relationships with external suppliers.Providing assistance to employees regarding purchasing queries.Proven experience with FlexiPurchase and Accounts Payable responsibilities are required for this role.Note: We are not accepting applications from outside of New Zealand.
