You will provide an efficient and timely function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service, which includes file preparation and document management.To be successful in this role you will have:Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.High standard of interpersonal communication skills.Ability to process large volumes of documents with varying sizes and formatting.Ability to focus for extended periods of time.Ability to use Digitisation hardware and software.Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities.
