About The RoleOur client needs to update their contractor payment model to better reflect the reality of work performed and adapt to current and future products. You will collaborate with a commercial manager, business analyst, project manager, and SMEs to develop a new contractor payment model. This includes comparing it to the existing model and analysing various configurations.About YouSkills required:Strong commercial skills to understand cost and revenue drivers and create a sustainable model.Advanced Excel modelling skills, with experience in designing and building large, complex financial remuneration models.Expertise in gathering information and planning model development.Proficient in data analysis and reporting for commercial use, with experience in analysing payment data sets.Economic analysis skills, especially in cost modelling for regulated networks, are a plus.Ability to communicate commercial concepts effectively to senior stakeholders.Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration in project and programme forums and working with other teams to obtain data.To apply for this vacancy you MUST be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or have already secured the right to work in New Zealand and therefore hold a valid visa.At the appropriate stage, we will request your references; we ask that you do not include them on your CV when applying.At Tribe, we have our guiding light to show us the way.
