Finance Manager temp needed for 4 month assignment on the North Shore with a leading supplier of commercial lighting solutions.
Job Details:4 month temp role30 hours per week, Monday to FridayBased in Rosedale, North ShoreImmediate startOur client is an established and successful supplier of commercial and industrial LED lighting solutions across NZ, Australia and Southeast Asia. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team for the next 4 months, whilst they recruit the role permanently. Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a hands-on sole charge role (no direct reports) where you'll be responsible for:
End to end accounts (AP/AR, purchase orders, bank reconciliations)Higher end accounting and end of month reportingIRD obligations (GST, PAYE)Payroll (Smartly)Cash flow managementCredit ControlTo be successful you must have:
Proven accounting/finance management experience (5+ years)Advanced MS Office (particularly Excel)Up to date payroll knowledgeExcellent communication skillsStrong attention to detailSelf-motivation and a positive attitudeDependability, and can meet deadlinesYou'll be comfortable using inventory management software and working in a hands-on sole charge finance role.
