With the support of our venues, we are providing a safe environment for entertainment, which allows us to give back to organisations that benefit their communities throughout New Zealand.Who are we seekingWe are seeking a Finance Manager, who is a qualified CA / CPA who can manage the financial processes of our business, including managing Accounting Staff. Our Finance systems and processes are well established; however, we seek continuous improvement, and this will be part of the role.The RoleThe Finance Manager reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will take control of all financial processes for the business. He/she will be responsible for:Review of weekly GMP invoicingSupplier payments and payroll review and authorisationMonitor and report on Capital ExpenditureMonth end reportingMonthly Board pack preparationAnnual Accounts preparation including Annual ReportWorking with CEO on forecasts, including Annual BudgetDealing with DIA as requiredYour ProfileTo be considered for this role, we are looking for a person who has experience as a proven Finance Manager, is comfortable managing and working in a small team. You should also have a good working knowledge of various accounting systems.
