Analysis & Reporting (Banking & Financial Services) Competitive salary + 10% superannuation + range of market leading employee benefits Hybrid role + centrally located offices in Britomart + WFH available 5 days well-being leave on top of annual leave We are looking for a Finance Manager (Finance Business Partner) to join our Commercial Partners Finance team.
Reporting through to the Head of Finance – Technology, Legal and HR and working closely with our Head of Commercial Partners and CFO, you will partner with the business through the provision of timely, accurate and insightful information and advice.
You will be responsible for reporting of the financial performance of operational expenditure and prioritised investments, driving the forecasting and planning process, providing advice and challenge to divisional leadership teams, and playing a pivotal role within the Commercial Partners Finance team.
You will manage, influence and drive cost management discipline and resource allocation through good business practice, targeted productivity programmes, as well as benefit analysis for investment spend.
Your strong business partnering approach and financial acumen is key to enable you to consult and support the business in achieving its financial targets both strategically and in management terms at senior and executive level.
Your focus will be on driving performance and improved financial outcomes through disciplined cost management.

Extensive experience finance partnering and relationship building at the strategic and executive level.
Strong knowledge of the banking industry, financial products, commerciality and cost management.
Proven ability to inform and influence decision making towards strategic and financial goals.
Confident and simple delivery of strategic and financial information to all levels of the organisation.
Excellent communication skills appropriately applied across all modes, methods, and channels.
Proven leadership of high performing teams with the ability to develop people.
Strong accounting and finance ability across all finance functions.
