Your Role: As our Finance & HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing both financial and human resources operations.
Key responsibilities include: Leading financial operations, supported by our Financial Administrator/Bookings Coordinator.
Overseeing payroll management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Navigating commercial contracts and funding applications to secure resources.
Managing ticketing and event settlements with precision.
Providing strategic financial insights through monthly reports and annual budget development.
Ensuring the preparation of accurate financial statements and supporting external audits.
Preparing budgets and cashflow forecasts.
Developing and implementing HR policy aligned with organisational goals.
Guiding recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Fostering a positive work culture.
Qualifications and Skills: A collaborative leader with a passion for driving excellence in finance and HR.
Proven ability to manage financial operations independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey financial and HR information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g.
Xero).
HR management experience, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
