Finance Controller

Tasks & responsibilities Managing annual budgets and forecasts. Overseeing taxation activity. Ensuring compliance to laws, and financial or tax regulation. Maintaining relationships with auditors and banks. Identifying business efficiencies and operational improvements. Maintaining accounting procedure and policy documentation. Solving complex accounting issues. Overseeing financial statements and annual reports. Qualifications & experience Experience in a similar financial role. Ideally understand leasing arrangements. Ideally have a finance diploma/degree and chartered accountant. Knowledge of Xero. Knowledge of Accounting standards and NZ tax requirements.
