The Role:
You will create a world-class customer experience that drives store performance by executing and elevating the visual brief, and coaching our store team on best practice VM principles.

Deliver the monthly visual directive, support executing VM event set-ups and new store openings.
Collaborate and partner across key business functions to problem solve issues and improve experiences for the team and our customers.
Train and coach store teams to deliver store presentation within the VM framework.
Assess store needs and use your judgment to make locally-relevant decisions that maximize sales.
