Field Supervisor

NPE-Tech 2021, part of the Feisst Group, is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor who has either a Distribution Line Mechanic or Cable Jointer experience and holds a NZ registration to join our team in our New Plymouth Network Team.
To be considered, you will have proven project supervisory experience in running projects and overseeing teams, forward planning of work, and a thorough understanding of PowerCo standards to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget.
Key skills and experience include:

NZ Registered Line Mechanic or Cable Jointer, or able to obtain NZ Registration.
Hold a valid NZ driver's license (preferred class 2).
4 years minimum work experience with overhead and underground distribution work, preferably on the PowerCo network.
Client relationship management experience.
A strong health and safety focus.
Excellent testing and fault-finding skills.
Great communication skills.
An eye for accuracy, quality, compliance to standards, and take pride in a job well done.
Confidence in decision-making.
A professional presentation.
Experience training and coaching apprentices.
Experience supervising and directing team members.
Sub-contractor management.
