Join Us and Make an Impact. We are currently seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join our Honeywell Building Automation team in our Freemans Bay, Auckland office. Reporting to the Service Business Leader, this role is responsible for leading the service delivery team to deliver top-class building management service and maintenance offerings effectively and efficiently to existing and new customers. The role is also responsible for ensuring effective management of workload, improvement of processes and systems, client relationships and escalations, and financial control of jobs.
You will manage the day-to-day operations and work with peers, other departments, and customers to meet mutual goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team to deliver on agreed service and maintenance contract outcomesResponsible for revenue and margin growth which includes monitoring and maximizing financial performance, and continuously seeking new/additional opportunities for growthConsult with clients and internal stakeholders to design, cost and deliver on the best solutions for the clients' needs in the areas of building maintenance systems including HVAC, ICS, electronic security, cyber security etc. Mentor, train, coach and measure your team in doing likewiseMaintain high standards of performance for self, direct reports, and othersLead the service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipmentResponsible for the overall relationship of the customers, and top-class interactions between customers and service team membersEnsure timely and accurate compliance with internal metrics for financial reporting, cost controls, Health and Safety and Quality AssuranceKey Experience & Capabilities: Degree in an Engineering discipline; Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical preferredMinimum 3 years' experience in team leader/management and minimum 6 years of technical experience in the industry – BMS and/or electronic security preferredIn-depth knowledge of BMS systems, preferably EBI, Comfortpoint or NiagaraStrong technical skills and broad exposure to technical issues, ability to design and execute solutions based on technical expertiseStrong communication skills both verbal and written and interpersonalAbility to lead a team, work cooperatively and provide technical direction in a team environmentAbility to work under pressure and respond to requests in a timely mannerA strong commitment to a safe working environmentCapacity to deliver against multiple objectivesDemonstrated financial skillsWho We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
