Step into the world of fashion and take your career to the next level!The Role:As a Department Manager in a large-format store, you will lead a team of up to 35, both directly and indirectly, driving sales and KPIs through your leadership skills and passion for results. Reporting directly to Senior Management, you'll set high standards, delegate tasks, and lead by example.
