This unique role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager with an engineering background to leverage their skills in leading and coordinating the product and operational readiness of this exciting solution, while advancing their career into a people leadership position.With a heavy emphasis on working cross-functionally, this role will develop and execute comprehensive project plans across all facets of product and operational readiness. Farmote is run as a true start-up, with a team of 4 working towards bringing a product to market soon. The team can leverage resources from two large businesses to help with this enormous challenge, but we need a Project Manager who is comfortable being very hands-on.The FitWe're looking for someone who's up for a challenge and can bring a smart, start-up mindset to this new role. You will likely have held project management or similar roles in an engineering environment, so you will have an appreciation for product management and how to navigate manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution needs and relationships.
