Are you ready to dive into the world of retail? Join our Property team at Briscoe Group as a Facilities Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing facilities across a national portfolio, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail network. Duties include maintaining facilities and equipment, managing contractor relationships and providing high levels of service and support to our network. If you have strong problem-solving skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a positive attitude, we'd love to have you join our team!

What you'll be responsible for: Assisting the Operations team in efficiently and cost-effectively managing the National Briscoe Group network of stores, Support Office, Distribution Centre, facilities, and equipment.Be the go-to person for internal customer requests, ensuring prompt and efficient action.Support the project team with store refits and new store setups as needed.Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, ensuring top-notch performance and smooth operations.Manage the health and safety of our contractors when working in our stores or Support Office ensuring they go home safe every day.The successful candidate is likely to have: Experience in facilities management.Background in retail store development/fit outs.Exposure to project management, construction and property management.Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A positive, 'can do' attitude.If you're seeking a fulfilling career in retail operations & property, and want to join a dynamic team, apply today!
