Experienced Roofing Team Leader & Roofers - Immediate Start! DK ROOFING Limited – New Plymouth, North Island
We are looking for qualified experienced Roofers to join our team at DK ROOFING Limited in New Plymouth Central Taranaki. These are full-time positions where you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems. As a Roofer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties.
What you'll be doing
Assessing roof conditions and identifying any necessary repairs or replacements
Installing new roofs and wall cladding using a variety of materials such as metal long-run, kingspan, membrane
Performing roof maintenance and repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing damaged iron, flashings, and gutters
Collaborating with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
Adhering to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Roofer
Strong technical skills in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building specifications
Knowledge of various roofing materials, including their properties and application methods
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other tradespeople
Valid driver's license and own transportation
Ability to travel within the North Island
