Experienced Jumbo Operator

Job Description

Safely and efficiently operate Jumbo development drills to mine headings and install ground support as per mine standards. At all times, display a high degree of professionalism and quality of work to ensure that cost effective productivity is delivered safely and on time. 
Ensure all headings bored are mined online and to grade. Working accurately, with minimum overbreak. Making sure that all headings mined comply with standards. Mentor style approach and teamwork. Lead by example and fulfil all job responsibilities competently. Perform all work and associated functions safely. 
Qualifications

Full and current driver licence and confidence driving manual vehicles over rough terrainCurrent First Aid Certificate?????? A minimum of 8 years underground mining experience, 2 of which operating a JumboAbility to install bolts and mesh and bore headingsProven experience operating Sandvik Jumbo DrillsMust have previous experience as a Loader Operator and Development Charge Up
