Experienced Backend Engineer (Animal Team)

Halter is a dynamic fast-paced workplace where our Animal team is working on Halter's market-leading virtual fencing technology. We're working on the exciting intersection of IoT, data processing, and predictive analytics, helping to build a system that actively improves farm productivity and sustainability, and you can be a part of that!

We are looking for experienced backend engineers who are extremely motivated, want their work to matter and are not afraid to push hard to help Halter achieve our mission. You'll develop technology that farmers rely on daily to monitor and protect their livestock. Your code will directly impact animal well-being and has the potential to improve farming practices worldwide. You'll be responsible for ensuring our systems reliably support our farmers 24/7 and you'll be scaling our systems as we anticipate rapid growth over the next few years. If you're up for it, this role could include people leadership of a diverse group of highly motivated and talented engineers.
