The team at Yu Group is on the lookout for a talented Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations across multiple venues. We are an independent, growing hospitality company dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences through our diverse portfolio of venues.The Executive Chef role is pivotal in shaping and managing the food and service standards across multiple Yu Group venues. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead teams of chefs, assist with the development of innovative menus, and maintain smooth kitchen operations. This position requires availability across a 7-day roster and extensive experience as an Executive or Head Chef in a multi-venue or high-volume setting. With our menus having a focus on Italian-inspired cuisine, experience with Neapolitan pizza and pasta would be highly advantageous.In this role, you will be responsible for:Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and support kitchen teams across multiple locations, fostering a positive work culture and promoting professional growth.Menu Development: Design and update seasonal, innovative menus in collaboration with the General Manager, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.Cost & Inventory Control: Manage budgets, labor costs, and food costs.
