Executive Administrator
Location: Invercargill | Part-time
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking to provide administrative support to our Executive team 20 hours per week. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and efficient handling of confidential matters. The Executive Assistant will manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, discretion, and a high degree of professionalism.
Key responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for feedback and inquiries received through various channels.
General administrative assistance, including overseeing special projects and handling ad hoc tasks as needed.
Organise and manage events, including planning, invitations, venue booking, technical support, and coordinating one-off or recurring events.
Assist with research, sourcing, and quotes for organisational needs.
Assist in the creation of advertisements and promotional materials.
Coordinate training, managing attendance and records.
Update and maintain the organisation's intranet.
Skills required
Demonstrated experience in providing administrative or executive-level support.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across all levels.
Capable of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Proven ability to manage and oversee projects from inception to completion, including timeline setting, progress tracking, and delivery.
Proficient in using office software and related technology.
Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while working efficiently.
