We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our ANZ team and Global Marketing team as a Marketing Specialist.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about marketing, possesses excellent organizational skills, and is eager to contribute to the tactical execution of marketing campaigns.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives, helping to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
This role will help Wellness achieve its goals by: Executing impactful industry and partner events to support customer acquisition and ANZ expansion Creating memorable event experiences that drive customer retention and advocacy Coordinating media placements and marketing programs with key industry publications and associations to drive in market brand awareness.
Providing Sales Enablement to support prospecting outreach and customer engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities Event Coordination Partner closely with Revenue Team and functional stakeholders to execute event marketing strategies for ANZ industry events and regional road shows.
Responsibilities include vendor management, event logistics, execution within allocated budget, and onsite support for ANZ events including two large tradeshows per year.
The Marketing Coordinator may support event logistics and coordination for global regions as needed but is not expected to be onsite.
Build and own relationships with key industry event contacts and vendors.
Own inventory management of tradeshow materials & ANZ storage management Planning, logistics and execution of regional team events including annual kick-off.
Media Coordination Maintain media calendar and contacts.
Coordinate with Creative Services to deliver ad placements on schedule.
Marketing Administration Marketing Operations: Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing and sales campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
This may include marketing administration tasks like data collection, updating marketing content periodically, ad-hoc regional content creation and copywriting, and managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
Manage and update marketing budget for ANZ region Data Analysis: Assist in the collection and analysis of marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate monthly regional marketing update Administration of ANZ operational materials and merchandising Execute region specific multi-channel customer communications Success and experience needed to be successful: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience Excellent Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential Organisational Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Team Player Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Tech-Savvy Familiarity with marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic data analysis.
Initiative Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take on new challenges.Creativity A creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.
