Key responsibilities: Plan, co-ordinate, and manage school events including open days, school community and alumni events. Liaise with faculty and vendors to ensure smooth execution of all logistics. Develop creative concepts and themes for events that align with the school's mission and values. Manage timelines and resources through cost-effective planning to achieve delivery within budget. Essential skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders, including parents, students, faculty, and vendors. Proven experience in planning and executing a variety of events, both large and small. Ability to create unique event experiences and ensure every detail is flawlessly executed. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to collaborate with different departments and work effectively within a team environment. Qualifications: Ideally two years of experience in event planning, or a similar role.
