At Clean Event, we specialize in providing top-notch waste management solutions for events of all sizes. We are seeking a proactive and physically fit Event Site Supervisor to lead our teams on-site and ensure seamless operations. If you're passionate about sustainability and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want you to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee waste management operations at various events, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Coordinate and motivate teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Develop and implement site plans, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and problem-solve on the fly.
Monitor and manage time constraints to ensure all work is completed as scheduled.
Be available to stay as long as necessary to ensure job completion.
Represent Clean Event professionally and positively in interactions with clients, vendors, and attendees.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in site supervision or event management preferred.
Strong physical fitness to handle the demands of on-site work.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide team members.
Ability to read and follow plans, blueprints, and operational guidelines.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
A keen interest in sustainability and environmental practices.
Fast thinker with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
Hands-on attitude; willing to jump in and help with physical tasks when needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
Dependability and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to seeing projects through to completion.
