About the Role This Full Time role gives you the perfect opportunity to develop and grow your events and conferencing career.
Reporting directly to the Senior Event Director you will be working in a small yet dynamic team that organise events from the boutique to the bold.
Based in our office in Greenlane and some flexibility to work from home, you must also be able to travel wherever events take us.
Main Tasks include Pre event planningManage event registration processAir and ground travel arrangementsBudgeting skills, with a high level of cost consciousnessAssist the team as and when requiredLiaise with clients prior, during and after eventsEnsure clear communication with clients and colleaguesFully supervise events as requiredSkills and Experience Exceptional attention to detailPassion for eventsExcellent time management abilitiesEfficient administrative skills allowing you to assist with many projects on the goThe ability to follow through the consequences of changes in event detailsSound computing skills and experience in the use of Event Management systems and software will be an advantageTo Apply If you are looking to take up this rewarding role, please forward your Cover letter and CV in one document to EJ Westein at (email protected).
