Seeking People With The Following

Minimum of 12 years of Engineering Consulting experience in Environmental or Water sectors.
proven track record of developing new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
Have experience in managing a small team of professionals.
Motivational and empowering leadership and able to collaborate closely with the wider business and other service lines.
Courageous in providing feedback and addressing issues.

About The Role

Foster a supportive team environment for staff retention.
Provide operational leadership for daily departmental needs.
Maintain high standards of excellence and ethics.
Manage complex projects and mentor team members.
Participate in client acquisition and retention strategies.
Oversee project teams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget
Prepare and deliver expert witness evidence.
Subject matter expert with technical proficiency.
Wide knowledge of environmental engineering fields, contributing to strategic planning.

Qualifications

Environmental Engineering Degree or equivalent.
Chartered is advantageous.
