We offer personal and professional development training courses, and are looking for a self-motivated, positive and ambitious individual to join our Enrolments team. Supporting the Enrolments Director, you will:
Nurture and qualify potential students using your friendly, professional customer service skills and course knowledge, to provide information, answer questions and build relationships.
Conduct discovery calls and interviews using proven processes and coaching techniques, to gain a deep understanding of needs and desires and enrol students onto courses to meet targets.
Proactively follow up enquiries and potential students, track progress using Trello, and keep detailed notes.
Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new students to our Student Services team.
Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to share and feed back needs, desires and goals within our target audience, so that we can continually improve our marketing messages.

Ability to follow a coaching script and synthesise a wealth of information about different courses.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and development of sales and coaching skills.
Sales/recruitment/enrolments background or transferrable experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
You must be available to work 31st December to 6th January (excluding stat days) and the entire month of April 2025.
There is potential to engage in complimentary training courses offered by Art of Optimism to build your toolkit and course knowledge.
This role is for approximately 10 hours per week (Monday to Friday). It is preferred that this candidate is based in Christchurch although this is a very flexible role and a good proportion of hours can be worked remotely.
