As we navigate a critical phase of transformation, we are looking for an employment relations expert to support our efforts in ensuring compliance with employment law.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance on employment relations matters, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary processes.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers, fostering a collaborative partnership.Maintain constructive and positive working relationship with union delegates, staff members and advocates/lawyers.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, collective agreements, and internal policies.Support leaders and P&C teams in managing employment relations risks and resolving workplace issues.Contribute to the development and implementation of employment relations strategies and policies.About YouYou're a seasoned professional with a proven track record in employment relations and a deep understanding of working within unionised environments.
You're confident navigating complex employment matters and have a proactive, solution-focused approach.
