My leading client is redefining the digital landscape by leveraging cutting-edge technology and forward-thinking strategies to reshape their customer interactions.The successful candidate will oversee the digital transformation journey, from strategy to implementation, driving critical initiatives that empower IT teams and deliver value across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Drive Transformation Strategy: Design and implement a digital change roadmap aligned with business goals and IT strategy.Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and priorities.Change Leadership: Champion a culture of agility and innovation, communicating the benefits and impact of digital change across the organization.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process changes increasing efficiency, fostering best practices, and enhancing user experience across digital platforms.Digital Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in IT and digital transformation to anticipate and respond to evolving needs.About You:Proven experience in a senior change management role within IT and the digital space.Strong communication and leadership skills motivating teams to achieve full potential.Technical understanding of digital platforms, IT systems, and agile methodologies.Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is highly desirable.Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing large-scale change initiatives in complex organizations.Problem-solving mindset with an innovative approach to overcoming challenges and driving positive change.This is an 18-month fixed-term contract opportunity. Estimated salary: $NZD 140,000 - $180,000 per annum.
