The location This role is based in our Nelson office with travel throughout the Tasman Marlborough region.

Day to day responsibilities Meeting your clients that are referred from Work and Income and focusing on work-first employment pathways leading to financial independence.
Creating meaningful connections with local employers and businesses, government & industry/sector partners, disability support, and other providers to seize golden work opportunities for our jobseekers.
Getting to know your jobseekers, understanding their stories, and fostering trust so that you can effectively help them gain mahi aligned with their goals, experience, and strengths.
Helping jobseekers upskill by identifying training needs for their chosen industry/sector and liaising with training providers to gain short course certification.
Your background Current full NZ driver's license.
