Supporting clients to maintain employment through an individualised employment support plan is an essential component of the position.To build and maintain robust relationships with a range of companies and employers which reflects the diversity of the employment market.To ensure that the Ministry of Social Development contract targets are met both individually and collectively.You will | Nga Pukenga National Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 4 or equivalent Full current NZ drivers' licence Ideally have experience working within Employment Support or related roles e.g. WINZ, Careers Advisor, Benefits or working in the disability, youth, residential and/or mental health Have the ability to manage highly sensitive matters whilst maintaining confidentiality and objectivity Thrive on achieving targets – persistence, resilience, drive and determination to succeed. Have exceptional written and verbal communications skills and the ability to relate, adapt to and engage a wide spectrum of people with diverse backgrounds, ages and cultures.
