Description We have an exciting newly created position for an EHSQ Systems Manager to join the Higgins Team.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled systems and process expert to make a significant impact on the Higgins business by enhancing, managing, and optimising our internal EHSQ systems and processes.
You will be the go-to expert for offering advice and guidance to our regional teams on best practices for systems and the latest Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Your role will ensure that we maintain consistent practices throughout the entire business with your expert knowledge of ISO , ISO and ISO .
You'll work with the Higgins EHSQ team and closely collaborate with the wider Fletcher Construction EHSQ division to ensure our practices are aligned.
We are seeking a pro-active individual who can quickly contribute valuable insights and expertise to the team.

What you will bring to the role:Prior experience in process and systems improvement roles.Strong background in systems development.Experience in Health and Safety and knowledge of ISO , ISO and ISO is essentialExpertise in using the Microsoft Office suite, including effective management of SharePoint.Experienced in monthly reporting.Skilled in developing and reformatting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Ability to engage with key technical experts in the Higgins business to create practical SOPs for daily business use.Passionate about designing user-friendly systems and processes, with experience in streamlining, simplifying, and shaping systems and content.High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Higgins is a leading roading and civil infrastructure company in New Zealand.
