They are seeking a skilled eCom Merch Planner to take charge of product management across their eCommerce platforms. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the commercial success of their online presence by managing inventory, driving product lifecycle strategies, and ensuring the seamless execution of promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Planning Leadership: Drive all product and planning initiatives, ensuring the eCommerce channels are well-stocked and aligned with the company's growth strategies.
Inventory Management: Oversee the health of the eCommerce inventory, managing a wide range of SKUs and ensuring optimal inventory levels across all seasons.
Commercial Decision-Making: Optimise inventory decisions, manage product flow to eCommerce sites, and ensure all operations align with commercial objectives.
Promotional Management: Lead markdowns and manage promotional activities to maximize profitability and align with commercial goals.
Collaborative Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising and eCommerce, to align on product strategies and lifecycle management.
About You:
eCommerce Expertise: Proven experience in eCommerce planning, product lifecycle management, and inventory control.
Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-informed decisions that contribute to commercial success.
Excel Mastery: Highly proficient in Excel, with a strong ability to manage and analyse complex data sets.
Organizational Skills: Well-organized and process-driven, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: A collaborative communicator, ready to work alongside dynamic teams and contribute to the company's continued growth.
